My Lens

I specialize in converting ambiguity and growth challenges to clear communication and sustainable process. I have an ethical, collaborative, and transparent management style, and advocate for others to adopt the same.

Professional Path

As the first graduate from my public high school to attend Harvard University, I know how education can open doors to opportunity.

My own path led me to explore teaching immediately after college, and then I worked in the technology sector for several years, experiencing life on each coast. Following the events of 9/11, I felt a pull to return to education. My family and I settled in New Hampshire, and I have worked in secondary or higher education ever since.

Why Consulting?

I love to learn, and I love a tough challenge. As a result, I have plenty of hands-on experience in most aspects of independent school life.

Whether teaching, consulting, heading a dorm, leading teams of staff, or serving as a senior administrator, I have sought out mentors for each new role I’ve taken on. Those relationships were a critical factor in each of my successes, and I find it deeply fulfilling to mentor others.

I look forward to hearing your story.
